How long will it take for my items to arrive?

 - Your order will be shipped within 2 business days. In many cases your item will take 5-6 business days to arrive to your doorstep. 

How can I track my order?

 - Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the tracking ID. 

Do you charge domestic shipping?

 - We offer free domestic shipping above order value $35. Shipping charges of products less than $35 will be mentioned at the time of check out. The said shipping charges are based on weight & location and differ from product to product.

Do you offer international shipping?

 - Yes, we provide international shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary; refer to our "Shipping policy" page for details.

Can I return a product if it doesn't meet my expectations?

 - Yes, we offer a hassle-free 30 day return policy. Please check our "Returns" page for detailed information on the process.

Who will be responsible for paying import duties?

 - Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

What if my item is delayed or I don't receive it?

 - Your order will be shipped within 2 business days. Unfortunately, we have no control over the shipping speed once we've handed the package over to the carrier. But please contact us ASAP and we will try to resolve the issue through coordination with the carrier, refund or replacement.

The item that I like is currently out of stock, what can I do?

 -  We are constantly restocking /adding new inventory. If the product that you like is unavailable, please contact us and we will help in the best way we can.

Can I customize a product with specific features or colors?

 - Currently, we don't offer customization services. However, we regularly introduce new styles and colors to suit diverse preferences.
